I am not sure if this question makes sense, because most of the comments and replies I have been reading date back to late 2016 and early 2017 -- I was looking to see if LFR would get me in Trial of Valor: The Lost Army and if there was any reason I should try to get in a raid group via LFR -- and wandered through a whole bunch of Q&A messages which told me a lot of things I did not know.

This does not work for mythic as the game gives you one set raid ID for the week and you cannot rekill the bosses in the same week/lockout. No, normal raids are one "part", only LFR and Flex are split into parts, and only in those modes you can do bosses you have killed again (in the same week) Post by felhunter normal mode starts from boss 1 all the way up to boss 14. Now, we have same story, but not 10 and 25, but Normal and LFR. “you don’t have to run it” – I do, and especially in MoP. While heroic FL items were better than average DS LFR, t13 set bonuses for some specs were too good to ignore. You can kill a boss as many times per week as you like, but only loot once per difficulty: once in LFR, once in Normal, and once in Heroic.

You can kill a boss as many times per week as you like, but only loot once per difficulty: once in LFR, once in Normal, and once in Heroic. Applies to all raid bosses of the following expansions: Warlords of Draenor, Legion, Battle for Azeroth, and Shadowlands, as well as Siege of Orgrimmar of Mists of Pandaria. Most of the complaints levelled at LFR are about difficulty compared to other formats. From players who due to the nature of their complaints are obviously well able to commit to the more organisational requirements of the other formats.

Players are now able to challenge all Legion bosses in LFR in order to complete transmog collections or raid quests.

You can do lfr and flex multiple times a week in addition to your normal/heroic clear (which will still be a once per week lockout). For grabbing up the gear, the team has been pretty explicit with how you should approach this new difficulty and potential burnout.

Although, bear in mind that in case you don't manage to complete one of these quests in time, you won't be able to get that specific rewards for at least 6 months, so you don't want to miss them. Essentially the same as WoD for everything.

All Legion raids have LFR, Normal, Heroic, and Mythic difficulties and you can run all four of them in a week, so if there’s a gear appearance you’re looking for that happens to be shared between them, keep that in mind.

lmfao.. Comment by Noixz on 2017-01-31T11:07:01-06:00 With LFR Emerald Nightmare raid testing over the weekend, several players noticed they were getting extremely good rewards--the ilvl of which rivaled gear from higher difficulties. Watcher weighs in on how the end-game reward system is shaped in Legion.

you cannot join a group if you and them have already a lockout. The others difficultis you can essentially do what you want, but just have loot ID on the bosses you downed. Did LFR before Normal, no loot drops from any of the bosses in normal that I completed in LFR1. with my guild we killed 7 bosses on normal, then killed the first on heroic and when we tried to go back to normal and puñl sludfgist only 2 bosses where killed (the last 2 we killed) . we call raid off and everytone has a lockout only with 2 bosses I am not sure if this question makes sense, because most of the comments and replies I have been reading date back to late 2016 and early 2017 -- I was looking to see if LFR would get me in Trial of Valor: The Lost Army and if there was any reason I should try to get in a raid group via LFR -- and wandered through a whole bunch of Q&A messages which told me a lot of things I did not know.

Siege has normal and heroic that scale from 10man up on one lockout, then 20man Mythic on a separate lockout.

3 LFR; 3 Normal; 2 Heroic; 2 Mythic; It dropped on Mythic difficulty.

Careful during LFR. The loot lockout also counts for the items you need for this quest, so if you get put in a group past Odyn before starting this quest, and finish the raid, you can't redo the bosses for these items in the same week.

If you skip Normal and go straight to Heroic, you should get the total number of drops (x+y). Killing Azshara on Heroic, then killing Azshara on Normal will result in no drops of those items on the second kill. 2019-05-23 Loot-based Lockout.

Legion and Battle for Azeroth Mythic raids use the Strict Instance-based Lockout. Lockouts at a Glance Raid lockouts limit the number of times a character can kill a boss in a week for a chance at obtaining loot from that boss. Note: LFR has its own lockout, even for raids from Dragon Soul to Throne of Thunder.

If an item appears up to 10 ilvls above the base, it will be marked as Warforged in the tooltip. If an item procs +15 or higher, it wll be marked as Titanforged. Killed LFR bosses, then get to normal bosses no loot. Log in a few hours later, now i have Huntsman not killed in lockout and LFR has reset aswell. Please Blizzard fix this i missed out on 3 normal bosses loot because of this.
